It was so reassuring to read this today when I was just telling my partner that I felt like I had gone nonstop all day but couldn’t actually articulate much of what I’d done.
Wow. It takes a village to manage a small business. I thought teaching was complex - lessons plans, curricula, syllabi, grading structures, actual grading, sticking to deadlines, homework assignments, test and exam design, incidentals like class participation consideration in grading, and on and on. That's just one class. Professors have to maintain and improve credentials and contribute to the school's over well-being. And still managing a business is more complex. I had a chance to. Could've gone to work for an insurance company out of college, for a retailer, for my uncle's trucking company. Instead, I 'metamorphed' into a teacher who would meet someone like you he'd be so proud of for newsletter posts like this.
When you're ready, like I said, give me a call for the playbook. You could probably start today.

When my duties running the business wind down at some point in my life, I want to be a teacher.
